Meet Eugenia

In her private practice consultancy, Allegis Development Group, LLC, Eugenia conceptualizes and implements strategic resolutions to business planning, marketing, branding development, communications strategies, and publicity initiatives. She is also the founder of Next Level Forward Success Strategies, LLC, a women’s empowerment consultancy focused on personal and business strategies for success in life, relationships, finances, and personal development to live a purposed life. Eugenia facilitates “Intellectual Thought Conferences” where she touches the lives of those who have been trapped by abandonment, neglect, rejection, depression, molestation, and other abuses. Eugenia has a strong mandate and special calling to uplift others by teaching spiritual health & healing through her founding of Anointed Destiny Ministries, Inc. She’s an entrepreneur, a community thought leader, dynamic speaker, and now an author with the release of “Purpose Shakers: Women Who Rise to the Call of Purpose," and will soon be followed with the release of “The Echo of God’s Whisper,” later this year. 

 

Her mission in life is to transform lives, heal hearts, and empower minds.  She also works with organizations, coaches, speakers, authors, and entrepreneurs to develop their brand by utilizing a system that effectively meets the needs of those they are called to serve.  Believing in the power of the written word, brainstorming thoughts, planning, foresight, and vision, she envisions making critical differences in the lives of hopeful and present business owners, the lives of children and families across all racial and ethnic groups.  By focusing on underserved and distressed urban/rural communities, she hopes to help others achieve dreams by promoting positive messages, to take control of their lives and communities, by starting, growing, and developing existing businesses, economic empowerment, financial literacy, and partaking of social/economic and educational opportunities.

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, raised in Memphis, Eugenia studied International Business Management and Marketing at Central State University, Public Administration at Rice University, Mass Communications at Xavier University (Cincinnati, OH) and, a received a paralegal certification from Christian Brothers University.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration [Marketing], a Master of Science in Communications and Public Relations, and Public Administration.  She is a certified Christian Counselor that facilitates domestic violence, sex trafficking, and suicide support groups.  In 2017, she completed her Doctorate studies in Practical Christian Theology from Regent University and is an active member of The New Olivet Worship Center, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Kenneth T. Whalum, Jr.  She serves in the POWER and H.E.L.P.S. ministry.

 

Having received many accolades for her tireless efforts and service commitments, she remains active in the Memphis business, ecumenical, and civic community.  She is affiliated with Empire’s Who’s Who Among Executives & Professionals, the National Businesswomen’s Leadership Association (NBLA), National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), National Association for Female Executives (NAFE), Junior League of Memphis (JLM), Memphis’ Interesting and Influential 100 (i100), the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), Women of Empowerment Board Member (WOE), recipient of Tri-State Defender’s Woman of Excellence Award (2016), a Tennessee Notary, honorary member Rainbow Push Coalition, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.  Eugenia has three adult children and is the proud grandmother of five.  She enjoys reading, watching sports, traveling, dancing and spending time with family.
